Participation in the on call program is regulated through formal agreements that define responsibilities, availability requirements, scheduling, rest periods and other governing terms.

Leads the incident response process outside normal business hours and approves reported incident response hours.
👷🏼 Engineer On Call EOC
Provides emergency technical support outside normal business hours and contributes to incident response teams.
Full role definitions and obligations are specified in the respective agreements.
If unable to perform an assigned shift, the employee must arrange a qualified replacement or notify Aidn immediately in accordance with the agreements.
